Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato

Prosecco Superiore Sui Lieviti

Glera

Nose

Intense and noble smell. Green apples, yeast, pastry, and grapefruit on the nose. Beautiful and continuous beading.

Tasting Notes

The Sui Lieviti style was developed in 2019. The second fermentation takes place in the individual bottles rather than in an autoclave. Fresh fruit and sweet cream notes reminiscent of Asian pear, minerality, and slightly wild citrus blossoms; well-balanced; 0g residual sugars. Produced in the Charmat Method. Lacy, crisp bubbles!

Pairing

Shellfish, vegetables, appetizers, cured meats, risotto.
